This is our home in Nottingham. It is a large 2 bed housing association house, just a 5 minute bus ride from the city centre. Close to local primary school, shops, parks, leisure centre and bus routes. Double glazed and FGCH throughout. All the upstairs rooms have had the floorboards sanded and varnished. We are currently having new kitchens installed. The HA has homes set over  2 small cul-de-sac streets, so not on an estate and nice and quiet!!!! From our home you can see QMC (local hospital), the clock tower in the University of Nottingham grounds (lovely place for walks around the lake) and Wollaton Hall (Elizabethan house and grounds, with a lake, woodland and roaming deer).

Room Sizes

Lounge 10'8 x 14'6

Kitchen 11'3 x 12'7

Back Bedroom 9'7 x 17'7

Front Bedroom 13'8 x 9'2

Bathroom 5'8 x 6'2

Seperate Toilet 5'8 x 2'8

We would like to exchange for a 2 or 3 bed house (or flat if area is right), in either the High Peak or Derbyshire Dales areas. I grew up in Chapel-en-le-Frith and have family throughout the area (Chapel, Buxton, Tideswell, Combs, Whaley, Furness, etc). Ideally we'd like somewhere in Buxton and the surrounding area but would consider other places. We would like to return home as soon as possible as I have recently had a baby and we also have a teenager, so an exchange to either of these areas would be wonderful.
